  • Minced meat -0.5 kg (you can use any: pork, beef, chicken).
  • Onion -2 pcs. (quite large)
  • Egg -1-2 pcs (look at the consistency of the filling)
  • Salt and spices -at your discretion

Cooking:

  • Form buns from the dough, press them a little and make small recesses for the filling.
  • The minced meat should be fry with a finely chopped onion in oil, add spices.
  • Wait for the cooling of the filling and mix it with a raw whipped egg, only then put it in buns.
  • Meat cheesecakes are baked for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.

  • Potato -2-3 pcs. (boiled)
  • Onion -1 PC. (large)
  • Mushrooms -300 g (any, you can not add)
  • Egg -2 pcs. (For filling)
  • Salt and any spices(which you like)

IMPORTANT: boiled potatoes should be slightly sophisticated, fry the bulb with mushrooms. Mix the filling with a raw egg and lay in the formed buns. Bake for 30-40 minutes at low temperatures 170-180 degrees.
