A lazy cheesecake is a large cheesecake that is prepared by the type of flood pie. It is “lazy” because it does not require the formation of buns and the filling is poured into the shape in the same way as the dough.
You will need:
- Liquid dough for cheesecake(Recipe for cooking and the number of ingredients see in the article Dough for cheesecakes).
- Homemade cottage cheese -500-600 g (you can use a fat store).
- Vanilin -1 small packaging
- Sugar -several tbsp. According to preferences
- Egg -2-3 pcs. (For filling)
- Chocolate or cocoa(to prepare a glaze that can be decorated with a cheesecake).
Important: the filling for the “lazy” cheesecake is prepared in a classic way by mixing fine -grained cottage cheese with eggs and sugar. There you can also add confectionery spices, raisins or dried berries. It is not necessary to use chocolate or cocoa, they are needed only for decorative purposes (watering the finished cheesecake).
Cooking:
- Lubricate the shape by any fat
- Pour a liquid dough
- Pour the filling into the center of the poured dough
- Bake 35-45 minutes at temperatures 180-185 degrees
- Garnish with chocolate with chocolate (you can just sprinkle with powder baking)
