Royal cheesecake with apples, berries, lemon: recipe in the oven
“Royal cheesecake” is always a big cheesecake that is baked according to the type of pie in uniform. It is the name that determines its size, but this baking cannot be called a cake, because a characteristic feature of the cheesecake of this dish is preserved - cottage cheese filling is located outside.
You will come in handy:

- Apple -2 pcs. (choose sweet varieties)
- Leaning or fresh cherry (without a bone) -100 g (you can replace any other berry).
- Lemon -0.5 fruit (we need zest and juice)
- Vanilin -1 package
- Cottage cheese -500-600 g (fat, preferably home)
- Eggs -4-5 pcs. (More eggs are required when the filling is too loose, but do not try to make it “too liquid”).

Cooking:
- The dough should be divided into two halves
- Roll one part thoroughly and put carefully in the form (grease the shape in advance with fat). And freeze the second.
- Prepare the filling: the cottage cheese is grinded or interrupted by a blender with eggs and sugar. Show is added there.
- Mix the berries and a finely chopped apple in the filling, vanillin (if the mass is liquid, add semolina).
- Lay the filling on top of the dough
- The second part of the base should be grated and covered with shavings of the entire curd mass.
- Such a cheesecake is baked very quickly, it takes about half an hour in the temperatures of the cabinet 180-190 degrees.
- Let the finished cheesecake cool and only then take it out.

- Grind the cottage cheese with a blender and beat with eggs, add sugar (vanillin if you want).
- Jam or jam is mixed with corn starch (it is desirable that it be a little warm).
- Put the cottage cheese mass over the dough and smooth out with a spoon, plunging cottage cheese, you need to put jam with starch.
- Bake the cheesecake for about 35-40 minutes with degrees 185-195.
