Banan-berry diet ice cream: step-by-step recipe
Per 100 g - 114 kcal; proteins - 3 g; fats - 2 g; Carbohydrates - 14 g.
Would need:
- 1 banana
- 150 g of blackcurrant/strawberries
- 50 ml of soy milk
You can take any berry - their calorie content is almost the same.
Algorithm, how to prepare dietary ice cream:
- Place the banana in the freezer for about 1-2 hours. After defrosting when whipping, it will be a pasty texture. Berries should also first freeze.
- Without thawing, beat the berries with a banana with a blender.

Necessary:
- 1 bank (about 400 ml) of canned coconut milk
- 0.5 tsp. vanilla extract or 2 vanilla beans pods
- Sugar -substituter - at will and to its taste (excluded in the recipe)
