- Remember the time of the last 12 months, when you were at least slightly upset or worried about your current position. Can you list the factor of disappointment or factors that contributed to this anxiety most?
- If you had conversations with other employees who considered the possibility of leaving or actually left our company, have you forced you to at least partially nod in agreement any of the reasons for leaving them?
- What are the main factors forced you to quit the last two works? Are there any factors related to your previous work, which, as you hope, you will never have to experience in our company again?
The questions are simple, but they can take it by surprise if you do not prepare in advance for the answer. Indeed, in an interview you will have an excitement with which you need to cope, and maybe even fear. To make it easier to get an interview, think about the answers a few days before the interview.
