The kindergarten rice-milled porridge "Friendship" is known to many. The pumpkin addition will further strengthen the friendly relations of the ingredients in the porridge, giving the dish a unique taste and color scheme. And how useful this porridge!
Need to take:
- millet - 100 g
- rice - 100 g
- pumpkin - 300 g
- milk - 1000 ml
- butter - 50 g
- sugar - 3 tablespoons
- salt - 1 \\ 4 teaspoon
- They allow a grated pumpkin in a small volume of water for about five minutes

Pearl barley porridge with pumpkin: recipe
Pension cereals are not often used in cooking and slightly forgotten. But pearl barley porridge was a favorite dish of Peter I. Properly cooked pearl barley, in compliance with all wisdom and recipe, is unusually tasty and useful. The recipe with pumpkin is suitable for breakfast of the entire family.
Required to take:
- pERLE CRAP - 150 g
- water - 400 ml
- pumpkin - 400 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- salt
Important: pearl barley is difficult to boil, so for cooking it should first be soaked for 6-8 hours.
- The barley is washed with running water and soaked for the night in the water
- In the morning, boil the barley in salted water until cooked
- While the porridge is cooked, the pumpkin is freed from the skin and bones and cut into small cubes
- The pumpkin is fried in sunflower oil. Pumpkin pieces can be sprinkled with your favorite seasonings and slightly salted
- Cooked porridge is laid out in a pan with pieces of pumpkin and mixed
- Cover with a lid and “languish” for some more time
- If necessary, adjust the taste and season with oil

Buckwheat porridge with pumpkin in a slow cooker: recipe
Buckwheat porridge with pumpkin and beef can become a decoration of any feast. Your guests will appreciate the beauty and taste of dishes, and cooking in a slow cooker will not take much time.
Need to take:
- buckwheat - 100 g
- water - 360 ml
- beef fillet - 200 g
- pumpkin - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 teeth
- bay leaf - 1 pc.
- black pepper with peas-3-4 pcs.
- vegetable oil-2-3 tablespoons
- salt - 0, 5 teaspoon
- ground rosemary - 0, 5 teaspoon
- Buckwheat is sorted out, washed with running water and laid in a multicooker bowl
- Pour water, add salt
- Cook porridge in "porridge" 25 minutes
- Ready porridge is transferred to another container
- Cut the beef meat in small pieces
- Onions are cut into cubes, garlic teeth are finely chopped
- The pumpkin is cut into pieces of 1 × 1 cm
- The multicooker bowl is rinsed, wiped out and pour vegetable oil
