Properly cooked pearl barley, in compliance with all wisdom and recipe, is unusually tasty and useful. The recipe with pumpkin is suitable for breakfast of the entire family.

Required to take:

  • pERLE CRAP - 150 g
  • water - 400 ml
  • pumpkin - 400 g
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • salt

Important: pearl barley is difficult to boil, so for cooking it should first be soaked for 6-8 hours.

  1. The barley is washed with running water and soaked for the night in the water
  2. In the morning, boil the barley in salted water until cooked
  3. While the porridge is cooked, the pumpkin is freed from the skin and bones and cut into small cubes

Need to take:

  • buckwheat - 100 g
  • water - 360 ml
  • beef fillet - 200 g
  • pumpkin - 300 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 teeth
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • black pepper with peas-3-4 pcs.
  • vegetable oil-2-3 tablespoons
  • salt - 0, 5 teaspoon
  • ground rosemary - 0, 5 teaspoon
  1. Buckwheat is sorted out, washed with running water and laid in a multicooker bowl
  2. Pour water, add salt
  3. Cook porridge in "porridge" 25 minutes
  4. Ready porridge is transferred to another container
  5. Cut the beef meat in small pieces
  6. Onions are cut into cubes, garlic teeth are finely chopped
  7. The pumpkin is cut into pieces of 1 × 1 cm
