- Do not rinse spaghetti. So spaghetti will be covered with starch, and it will allow Bolognese sauce to better open.
- Do not mix all spaghetti with sauce at once. It is best to add it portioned, to each plate.
Here is another recipe, you will need:
- Pork meat - 200 g
- Beef meat - 200 g
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes in its own juice - 500 g
- Bulgarian pepper-1-2 pcs. (you can different colors)
- Corn oil - 2 tbsp.
- Garlic-1-2 cloves
- Spices: salt, black pepper, oregano, basil.
- Spaghetti - 500 g
- Rinse the meat and pass through a meat grinder, can be chopped in a blender.
- Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. corn oil and warm up to 160 degrees. Add minced meat and leave to be fried, sometimes stirring. Make sure that the meat does not burn. It should be expedized. In minced meat, add all the spices when cooking.
- Cut onions, parsley, carrots and bell pepper.
- Pour 1 tbsp into the stewpan. corn oil and pour all the roots along with half parsley. Let them fry. Do not fry meat and refueling together. This is better to do separately.
- Mix meat and stew add tomatoes, garlic.
- Stew 1.5-2 hours.
- Boil spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack. For every 100 g spaghetti, 1 liter of water and 10 g of salt.
