Baths with food salt for the legs: reception rules


Our legs experience heavy loads during the day, and in order to somehow help them get rid of this, there are salt baths.

Important: baths relieve fatigue, tension, swelling, improve blood circulation, destroys pathogenic organisms, help get rid of corns and corns, and reduce their sweating.

For such baths, mainly sea salt is used, because It contains a large number of trace elements, but ordinary food salt is also possible.
Application rules:

  • Previously, my legs with soap
  • Pour warm water into a basin or special bath and dilute the salt
  • We lower the legs on the ankle for 10-15 minutes
  • You can add essential oil of eucalyptus, mint, pine, etc.
  • After the procedure, we wipe the legs dry and apply a nourishing cream

Recipe for making a bath with salt for the nail removal and softening the skin of the feet

  • To relieve fatigue: We take 3 tablespoons of ordinary salt and dilute in water, a temperature of 44 degrees, lower the legs for 15 minutes, and then rub out with a terry towel and apply the cream
  • To soften the skin of the feet: We take a liter of fat cream, a kilogram of stone salt, food film and a basin. Pour 3 liters of hot water into the basin, add salt and cream, place the legs for 15 minutes. Then we wipe the legs with a terry towel and wrap them with cling film for 40-60 minutes.

Disputes will always be conducted about the dangers and benefits of salt, but it is impossible to exclude the fact that it has useful and healing properties. As it turned out, the scope of salt is extensive, the main thing is to follow the recommendations for its use, and you will not harm yourself.
