- Chocolate cream: Melt 300 grams of milk chocolate in a water bath. Add vanilla to creamy oil and beat to airiness. Then add sugar powder (400 grams) and continue to beat for 3-4 minutes. After that, enter 2 egg proteins and continue to stir with a blender for 1 minute. Now put a slightly cooled melted chocolate and beat for another 4-5 minutes.
- Curd cream: Wipe 300 grams of cottage cheese through a sieve so that the mass becomes homogeneous. Put chilled fat cream (200 ml) to the cottage cheese and beat all together until the consistency of a thick cream. Then add sugar powder (150 grams) and mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous state.
