Avocado salad and tomatoes
In preparation, such a salad is not more complicated than the usual vegetable, however, its taste is completely different. Avocado gives the dish a special barely perceptible nutty taste.

- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Red onion - 1 pc.
- Lemon juice - 20 ml
- Olive oil - 35 ml
- Oregano, salt
The taste of salad directly depends on what avocado you choose. Rate avocado is defined by the following criteria:

Preparation:
- Choose the right avocado, wash it, cut it with a knife along the bone, then turn 2 halves of the fetus in different directions. In your hands you will have 2 halves separated from each other, one with a bone. We remove the bone, it will not be needed, now we clean the fruit from the skin. In ripe avocados, the skin is removed very easily even without the help of a knife. Cut the peeled avocado cubes.
- You can use any tomatoes. You can take large vegetables or cherry tomatoes. Wash the tomatoes, grind with small cubes. If you use cherry tomatoes, each pcs. Cut in half.
- Cut the onion in half rings. You should not put a lot of onions in a salad, since it can kill an excellent taste of avocados.
- Combine avocados, tomatoes and onions in a plate.
- From oil, lemon juice, spices, prepare a gas station.
- Salt the salad and season with cooked sauce.

- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Cucumber - 1 pc.
- Rugula - 20 g
- Shrimp, mussels - 100 g
- Olive oil - 70 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt, Provencal herbs
- Wash and cut the tomato with cubes.
- Select the avocado based on the above tips, clean it and cut it off with cubes.
- Wash the cucumber, clean it, also chop into cubes.
- Wash therugula, torn with your hands.
- Pre -defrost seafood at room temperature, then boil in salted water for 1.5 minutes, drain water from them and let it drain completely.
- From oil, sauce, lemon juice and spices, make a refueling for our salad.
- Connect the chopped tomato, avocado, cucumber and seafood with arugula in the plate.
- Salt the salad, add refueling to it, mix and let stand for 15-30 minutes. So that seafood is saturated with sauce.
- By giving a snack on the table, you can sprinkle it with sesame seeds and decorate it with salad leaves.
