General rules for preparing seasonings from tomatoes for the winter

For seasoning you will have to stock up:

Cooking process:
- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Remove defects from the surface of the skin. Also cut the stalks.

Acute seasoning from tomatoes for the winter

- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Garlic - 200 g (you can take a little more if desired)
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Seasonings (to taste)
- Sugar sand
- Salt
- Gorky pepper
- The root of the horseradish (if you want the seasoning to be very acute).

Cooking process:
- Wash the fruits thoroughly, remove the spoiled places and stalks.
- Cut tomatoes into pieces, chop.
- Clean the garlic, wash, chop.

- Salt the mass of tomatoes, season, add sugar.

- Pour the seasoning into jars, tighten the lids.

Sweet seasoning from tomatoes for the winter

- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Sweet pepper - 1.5 kg
- Apples - 500 g
- Carrots - 500 g
- Garlic - 250 g
- Greenery
- Gorky pepper - 1 \\ 2 pods
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 65 g
Cooking process:
- Clean the garlic, chop.
- Wash the pepper, clean it too.
- Wash tomatoes and apples, clean, prepare carrots in the same way.
- Vegetables (except garlic chop in a meat grinder).
- Add greens and the remaining components to the composition.
- Lay the resulting composition in jars, close the lids, but do not roll up.
- Sterminal banks (500 ml - half an hour, 1 liter - 45 minutes).
- Remove the jar from the liquid, tighten thoroughly, remove it in a cold place.
