- Remove the upper film, gently pushing it with a knife.

- Cut the tentacles of the mollusk and fold them separately. Remove the squid beak located between the tentacles. Pour the tentacles with boiling water and transfer to ice water. Rinse, thoroughly wiping your fingers to remove thin skin.
The procedure for cleaning thawed squids:
Important: frozen squids should be thawed by placing them in cold water.
- Pour the carcasses of a little melted squid with boiling water. Leave at 30-60 s.
- Remove boiling water squid and transfer to ice water. From a sharp temperature difference, the skin flies itself.
