How to cook:

  • Fry the mushrooms in advance (it is better to cut them with fine strips, you can add a chopped onion). During frying, add salt and spices to taste.
  • Boil the eggs and cool them, then divide them into 2 parts: protein and yolk.
  • The chicken also needs to be prepared in advance, fry it in oil, and then finely chop into strips (as well as mushrooms).
  • The salad is layered and therefore you should clearly follow the instructions for laying out each ingredient.
  • The prunes should be scalded with steep boiling water (this will not only soften it a little, but also wash off excess dirt from the dried fruit).
