In general, the law does not stipulate what specific reasons will be respectful, but they can be registered in a collective agreement. Despite this, the final decision is still made by the employer.

It is important to note that there are situations when an employee cannot be denied a vacation:

In each case, the employee is given up to 5 days, but it is necessary to provide a certificate for confirmation. Moreover, the legislation stipulates the terms of such vacations for other categories of citizens:

  • Working pensioners can be provided 14 days, but nothing more
  • Participants in the Second World War can make a vacation up to 35 days
  • Military personnel in execution - up to 2 weeks
  • Disabled people - up to 60 days
  • Students to pass exams depending on the place of study
  • Other categories specified in law

If the employee does not fall under any category, then it is not a fact that the vacation will be provided to him. The decision is usually made for the indicated reasons and the possible consequences for the work of the enterprise. If it is decided that production will not be possible without an employee and, for the time of absence, there is no one to replace it, then the provision may well be refused. To receive leave without payment, it is enough to write a statement to a higher management. If a positive decision is made, an order is drawn up in the form of T-6. You need to write a statement in form, like any other, and its sample looks something like this:
