What will be needed for the Carnival costume "Night"?

We collect all the skirts together. We sew a dense belt of silver braid to the skirts. Then we attach the finished lush skirt to a dark blue T-shirt or T-shirt.
We sew the sleeves. We cut out of tulle or chiffon with stars of 2 rectangles, sew them, each separately. It turned out long sleeves to the dress. At the wrists, we pick up the sleeves, sewing the same as on the belt, only already, braid. The dress is ready.
