Few of the inhabitants of our country are versed in what hour and to which the regime of silence must be observed. This fact is easily explained by the fact that in different corners of our Motherland the temporary indicators are legalized from each other, dictating to us when it is possible to make noise and when it is impossible. In other words, in the Russian Federation there is no all -Russian law that would regulate such relations. The federal authorities themselves set the time frame depending on the region, the duration of daylight hours or according to other criteria.

From what and to what hour can you make noise in an apartment building?

On average, the noise time in Russia ends at 20: 00-23: 00, and begins with 6: 00-8: 00.
So, for example, in Moscow it is allowed to disturb the neighbors with loud sounds from 7:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m., regardless of the day of the week.
In the Moscow region, you can make noise from 8 am to 9 pm, and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 10 pm.
In St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. It is allowed to create noise from 7:00 to 22:00 regardless of the day of the week.
Nizhny Novgorod, Tyumen and Yekaterinburg can boast of a longer time of silence - from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays, and on weekends - from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Perhaps the most minimal time frame established for noise dominates in Kazan. Residents of this city are allowed to make noise from 6:00 to 23:00, and on weekends - from 9:00 to 19:00.
The Novosibirsk authorities legitimized the taboo to noise on weekdays from 8 o’clock in the evening to 8 a.m., on weekends, these terms are 9:00 and 20:00, respectively.
Krasnoyarsk can “buzz” from 7 am to 10 pm, and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 8 pm.
In Chelyabinsk, there is a ban on noise from 10 pm to 6 a.m. on weekdays and from 11 pm to 8 a.m. on weekends.

From what time can repair work be carried out?

As for repair work, the amplitude of sound from this type of labor is much exceeds all other works and classes of our citizens. That is why in some regions this type of work is allocated in a separate column - for it there are time frames.
In Moscow, for example, you can do repair only from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. At the same time, a mandatory day break is set - from an hour to three in the afternoon. As for the weekends, it is strictly prohibited to carry out any repair work these days. The exception is only cases when people purchased an apartment in a new building and are engaged in its capital arrangement. At the same time, you can do such work on weekends only until a half -year -old period from the date of commissioning, and then in a strictly agreed clock - from 9:00 to 19:00.
In the Moscow region, temporary restrictions on household noise and sounds from repair work coincide. True, there should be a pause between 13:00 and 15:00.
In St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, you can make noise from repair work from 7 a.m. to 10 pm. An hourly break is also unconditional every six hours.
In all other regions of Russia, the ban on repair work on weekends is most often practiced, and on weekdays it is allowed to conduct them at the same period of time as to produce household noises.

What is the punishment for violation of the "regime of silence"?

If the residents of the apartment building are worried about the noise or other loud sounds emanating from any of the apartments, they have the right to call the police. True, before resorting to such radical methods, you can try to first talk to the violators and ask them to stop making noise, and only then to call law enforcement officers when they did not heed the requests.
When the police come to the call, they can also do only a warning for the first time.
The second violation will already be fraught with the preparation of a protocol on an administrative violation and a fine.
The size of the fine is also set by local authorities and can vary from a thousand rubles to 50 thousand rubles.
Such restrictions concern not only the owners of apartments in apartment buildings, but also other public institutions located in them or near them (cafes, bars, restaurants, nightclubs).
