- Carrot - 2.5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 5 cloves

- According to this recipe, the main ingredient is carrot. In order for the salad for the winter to be tasty, the carrots should be juicy and sweet. Choose a delicious and beautiful carrot, wash it and grind it with a coarse grater.
- Tomatoes can be used slightly dumped, cracked, rotten, since we will make mashed potatoes out of them, and the integrity of vegetables is not important here.
