Salad from green tomatoes for the winter "lick your fingers"
Components (for 3 portions):
- Immature tomatoes - 400 g
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Onion lane - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Lenten oil without smell - ¼ cup
- Vinegar (6%) - 30 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Black pepper m say. - According to preferences
How to cook:
- My Bulgarian pepper, green tomatoes.
- We clean the beams and carrots from the skin, rinse.
- We cut immature tomatoes with quarters. We remove the core at their request, put it in a deep dish.
- We rub the carrots with long thin strips (as for Korean carrots), add to the tomatoes.
- We cut onions into two parts, each of which chop in half rings, also add to the rest of the chopped vegetables.
- At the Bulgarian pepper, cut off the tail, clean it from seeds, wash and cut it with strips. Fold the cut in dishes with other vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic. You can also add ground cilantro and sugar.
- Mix all the components pour into the cauldron. Pour lean oil with vinegar, put the cauldron on fire and bring the vegetables to a boil (do not add water).
- We reduce the fire to a minimum and stew the salad to a soft state of tomato (about half an hour). When the appetizer is ready, turn off the fire, let the dish cool, then lay out its molars and serve it on the table.
Green tomato salad - Incredibly delicious snack that can shade the taste of boiled or fried potatoes, baked foods of meat or fish. Serve it both hot and cold - the taste does not suffer from this. The presence of vinegar in the composition allows you to tighten the workpiece for the winter, laying it in hot state according to sterilized jars and rolling up with hot covers. The number of components in the recipe is designed somewhere for a 1 semi-liter jar.

The original festive appetizer with an unusual taste is green tomatoes!
Components for 12 servings:
- Green tomatoes - 900 g
- Dill, parsley - 20 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Gorky pepper - 30 g
- Hop-sunels-2 ½ g
- Cinza - 2 ½ g
- Black pepper with peas - 20 g
- Lavrushka - 3 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 120 ml
Step -by -step cooking process:
- Wash, dry and finely chop the greens.
- Cut the garlic and bitter pepper not too finely, add to greenery.
- Pour the hop-sunels, mix. “Farm” is ready, move on to the main stage of cooking:
- Wash the tomatoes, hang each cruciate, without cutting to the end somewhere on 1/3.
- In sterilized jars (for such a number of products you need 2 liter or 4 half-liter) we lay out the cilantro, pepper-horses and bay leaf.
- We fill up the tomatoes, put them in jars to the edge.
- Boil water and fill it with tomatoes.
- After 15 minutes. We drain the water back into the saucepan, put it on the fire, add sugar, salt.
- As soon as the mixture boils, pour vinegar, then remove the pan from the stove and fill the tomatoes with hot marinade.
- We put a towel in a large pan, put jars with tomatoes on it, cover them with lids on top, pour cans with water on a border.
- We bring the water to a boil and sterilize for ten minutes.
- We roll the jars with lids, turn it over and in this form we wait for them to completely cool. We wrap the banks with a blanket.
Such conservation is stored even at room temperature.
