Tomato is a very healthy and tasty vegetable that retains its properties even in canned form. Therefore, if you like to enjoy the blanks of jars in winter, and at the same time replenish the supply of vitamins in the body, try cooking tomatoes with parsley. They can be eaten with meat and a side dish, add to borscht, or tomato soup, make a delicious pasta sauce with tomatoes. There is nothing complicated in the recipe and even a beginner can handle it, but the result turns out - you just lick your fingers!

So, for the preparation of tomatoes with parsley for the winter you will need:

  • tomatoes - 1.5 kg
  • large bundle, approximately 5-7 twigs per can

For marinade:

  • liter of water
  • 6 tbsp. Sugar with a hill
  • 50 g of large table salt
  • dining vinegar-one spoon for a half-liter jar

Cooking method:

  1. First of all, do banks and lids. They must be thoroughly washed and sterilized, since the inherent tomatoes in banks will not be sterilized.
  2. Rinse and dry the tomatoes and greens.
  3. Cut tomatoes in half. If some tomatoes are damaged, it’s not particularly scary, they can also be cut and put in a jar.
  4. Half of the tomato should be placed in a jar in layers, generously shifting parsley twigs.
  5. When the banks are filled, the time to cook marinade.
  6. Pour sugar and salt into heated water, bring to a boil.
  7. Add vinegar to each jar and pour boiling brine, but not under the very neck, but to the shoulders.
  8. Immediately cover the jars and roll up with tin lids.
  9. Turn the finished conservation down the lids and insulate for a day.
  10. After that, you can rearrange the banks in a cool place, where they will be stored in winter.

Important:

  • For this recipe, tomatoes cream, or other tomatoes with a dense peel, are best suited, but not ripe and not soft.
  • It is better not to take large tomatoes, so as not to suffer with their laying in banks.
  • If you think there seems to be enough of the thin smell of parsley in conservation, you can add onions, or garlic.
  • And lovers of acute can safely put sharp peppers, or peppers with peas in jars.
