- Tomatoes - 2 kg of small
- Fine root - 50 g
- Garlic - 7 cloves
- Greens - 15 g
- Water - 1 liter
- Salt - 65 g
- Sugar - 35 g
- Dining vinegar - 70 ml
- Tomatoes for conservation should not be taken very large, because even in the cut form, their pieces will be completely inconvenient to tamp the jar.
- At the same time, vegetables should be ripe, but not too soft, otherwise they will crumble in the process of laying them in the jar. Wash the vegetables, cut each in half.
- Wash the greens.
- Clean the garlic.
- Wash the horseradish root.
- Place the horseradish, garlic and greens in the blender bowl and chop. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a meat grinder, it also copes with this task quite well.
