  • Tomatoes can be used any size, however, the most convenient are the average vegetables. It is important to understand that the amount of filling depends on the size of the tomato, which will fit the time of cooking in the oven. Wash the vegetables, cut the upper part from them, choose the core.
  • You can buy minced meat or make it yourself. We preferred the second option. Wash the meat, dry and pass through a meat grinder or grind with a blender.
  • Peel the onions and garlic and finely chop. If desired, vegetables can be grinded with meat. Combine vegetables with pulp.

  • Vegetable oil - 35 ml
  • Salt, nutmeg, Provencal herbs

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut the upper part from them and remove the core using a spoon. Grate each vegetable from the inside with salt.
  • Wash the meat, dry, grind with a meat grinder or blender

  • Peel the onions and garlic, and chop finely.
  • Rub the cheese.
  • Combine crushed meat with egg, vegetables and core from tomatoes, herbs, salt and spices. Mix all the ingredients.

  • Put slightly crushed cheese on top of the minced meat.
  • Pour the oil into the multicooker bowl, carefully put all the stuffed vegetables into it.
  • Turn on the device in the "baking/furnace" mode. As a rule, the cooking time in this mode is 1 hour, however, for the preparation of tomatoes, half an hour will be enough, so after this time, turn off the slow cooker and take out aromatic tomatoes.
  • If desired, the finished dish can be flavored with sour cream and herbs.
