The shoulder joint is surrounded by a frame of muscles, which gives functionality and allows it to move in any plane. But if the movements are monotonous, then this will lead to muscle atrophy that are not used. Thanks to special exercises, you can achieve a good result, but there are some rules that should be observed:
- Exercises must be performed regularly. Usually the doctor develops a scheme and training time. So they must be followed.
- To prevent additional injuries, be sure to follow the maximum safety When classes. In this case, the state of the ligaments, the presence of diseases and the manifestation of their symptoms are taken into account.
- Distribute unloading evenly. Your shoulder joint should not overload. If you get too tired, then reduce the load.
Increase the load gradually. During the exercises, do not be nervous, do everything carefully and, most importantly, do not rush. Much depends on your condition. Exercises, if pain in the shoulder joints occur, can be done at home. They can be very useful if a person experiences pain and this limits his movement. Physical education is often prescribed as a prevention. It allows you to stretch and heat muscles for further loads.
At first, the exercises are best done with the doctor, but then you will already do them yourself. All exercises are performed in an upright position, that is, standing. Each exercise is done 10 times throughout the day:
- Raise your hands up with your palms to each other. Now stretch up your fingers and slowly turn your palms. Next, start pulling your hands up, and turn your palms to each other. The execution time is approximately 3-5 minutes. It is important to consider the condition here. After completing, lower your hands smoothly.
- Dismiss your hands to the sides and turn to the left. Pull the fingers of the right hand forward. It is also important to slightly turn your head and raise it up. In the same way, we do the exercise on the second hand. In this way, you can restore the movement of the cervical and shoulder region. For each side, you need to make 10 turns.
- In the same position, we bend the brush a little to ourselves and turn them forward and back 5 times.
- Now take your hands back so that the brushes are slightly lower than the shoulders. Clutch and unclench your fists so that your palm straightens as much as possible. This exercise is usually used to treat shoulder osteochondrosis.
- We return our hands to the position - “to the sides” and clenching the fists we rotate them back and back. 5 times will be enough.
- Raise your hands and bend them. Grab the left elbow with your right palm, and then vice versa. Pull your shoulders up so that stretching is felt.
During the last exercise, do not bend the lower back. Perform gymnastics daily. This is the only way you will achieve good results and the muscles will quickly recover.
