You can take the infusion inward: 1 tbsp. Before meals, 3 times a day. The same infusion, increasing the dose to 60 ml at a time, is taken to relieve pain of a different nature, with abundant and painful menstruation.

  • rub the dry flowers into powder (1 tsp)
  • place them in a metal or glass dish
  • pour boiling water (1 tbsp.)
