All work in node technology consists of three stages:

Stage 1. Prepare the fabric for staining in one way:

  • sew
  • tie
  • twist
  • fold
  • bend

Important: inside nodules and bends you can place buttons, pebbles, shells and other small objects. The effect of such experiments can be completely unexpected.

Stage 2. Lower the prepared fabric into a container with a diluted dye. If you want to get smooth blurry transitions of the color, first moisten the fabric. To form harsh color boundaries, leave the matter dry.

Important: staining is carried out, following the instructions of the instructions for the paint. Some manufacturers recommend that you pre -immerse the tissue in a boiling salt solution, but only after it boils, gradually introduced the dye into salt water.

Stage 3. After the matter is painted, rinse it under running water. The first time with nodules, then untie them.

Important: the selected reservation method determines the final pattern, which will turn out as a result of the work.
