- Leave the drawing for a day for drying.
- Remove from the frame.
Important: if the picture hangs on the wall, you can start it immediately after it dries. If the thing is intended for socks on the body, the batik must be pre -fixed and treated with steam.

Hot batik: technique for beginners
Hot batik It is performed using a preheated reserve composition. Using it, the contour is applied and individual elements of the picture are covered to prevent paint spreading. The reserve composition can be prepared independently according to one of the recipes:
- Recipe No. 1. Paraffin (330g) + Vaselin (170g).
- Recipe No. 2. Paraffin (250g) + Vaselin (125g) + wax (125g).
- Recipe No. 3. Petrolatum (105g) + paraffin (400g).
Except for a reserve composition, prepare such materials and tools:

Progress:
- Draw a sketch on paper.

Important: newspapers for ironing the batik should be old. If you use fresh newspapers, the work can be ruined by newspaper lines printed on the fabric.

The principle of node batik is mechanical tissue reservation. On the bends and in the nodes, matter either does not paint at all, or is painted in a lighter shade.
