Power Supply

First of all, pay attention to the power supply. If it has broken, then when the computer is turned on, the fans will not be launched and the bulbs on the housing may not even light up. Or, as an option, the computer will still turn on, but only on the monitor you will not see any information. This may indicate a weak nutrition when it is not enough for all systems, but only for some.

When buying a new block, you should not save. If it is poor -quality, it will break very quickly, or can harm other details and they will simply burn. It is also important how exactly the computer housing and the correct installation are located. If you make an incorrect connection, then nothing will work. And the location may simply be uncomfortable. So, if you put the computer to the wall, then it will overheat and the details will work more actively. Ultimately, this will lead to breakdowns and, above all, fans will suffer. You can understand that they can already cope poorly by hum.

If you suspect that the problem is precisely in the power supply, then to check you need to take another, a working power supply, from another computer.

It is not very difficult to connect it and it is enough to at least superficially know what works and how. You will need a cross screwdriver and instructions for the motherboard. This is required for the correct connection of parts. Or you can simply take a picture of everything that is inside and already in the photo to navigate.

2. RAM

If problems arise with RAM, then usually the computer freezes or is constantly rebooted. When the PC is turned on, a blue screen may appear with incomprehensible inscriptions for many, or nothing is displayed at all. If the computer turns on, but does not show anything on the screen or it is completely incomprehensible what is displayed on it, then you may have problems with the video card. First, make sure that your monitor is securely connected, because sometimes the wires can leave.

If everything is fine, but the problem is present, then look under the cover cover and make sure that the video card is well held on the motherboard. As an option, you can try to change the video card for a similar one, if there is such an opportunity.

Do not discount the processor. Although its breakdown happens very rarely. Usually the reason lies in insufficient ventilation. So in this case, you should think about replacing the fan.

Of course, you can also change the processor, but, unlike the power supply, this will be much more difficult. First of all, you need to know the features of the connection, and the same thermal grease on which the processor rests can be difficult to replace the beginner.

6. Hard disk

HDD

If your computer does not start and at the same time you hear a crack or a rattle, then this exactly speaks of problems with a hard drive. There may also be other problems, for example, such a message will appear:

Checking the children's disk in the BIOS
Checking the children's disk in the BIOS

It suggests that you have not installed a system disk. In this case, it is worth checking the reliability of its connection, and then make sure that the BIOS determines it.

When you turn on the computer, press the button Delete And the BIOS will open. Next, we are looking for a BOOT section using the keyboard keys and watch all available discs in the list. It should be one or two, depending on how much you have installed.

If you did not find your hard drive in BIOS, then bring it to the service. Perhaps you have a problem with a hard drive. But first, try replacing the cable.

It is important to note that you should not eliminate some breakdowns yourself, especially if you do not understand anything particularly in them. Moreover, if you do not turn on the computer, then try to turn it off for a few minutes from the network at all. This will reset static electricity and, perhaps, will work.
