A sharp dish for the winter - horseradish - prepare at home according to our recipes.
The taste of this workpiece “with peppercorn” is not comparable to any other. This thick sauce cannot be called adjika, it does not look like a well -known hell with beets. This food is called in every way: horseradish, throater, horseradish. Indeed, the presence of a saturated gear of a horseradish as part of the recipe can be quite tangible when it enters the throat.
This sauce has many positive qualities - when adding to dishes, it contributes to stimulating not only appetite, but also immunity (suitable for treating in cold winter weather). A great error is the fact that tomatoes with horseradish cannot be prepared for the winter. However, observing certain rules for processing products, you will save this food in the refrigerator until the New Year holidays.
How to make crap from tomatoes at home?
Step -by -step cooking at home:
- We take the ripened red tomatoes, horseradish, garlic, salt. (It is not forbidden to add sugar, but the appetizer will be stored).
- Rinse 2 kg of tomatoes and put it on a towel to dry.
- Clean the root of horseradish (100 g).
- We dump with boiling water to eliminate excess bitterness.
- Cut the horseradish with cubes to subsequently grind in the combine.
- We clean 100 g of garlic.
- We begin to grind our components. First horseradish - starting at low speed, gradually increase it.
- Add garlic teeth and continue the grinding process at the largest speed to the state of the paste.
- We cut tomatoes into four parts, removing the stalks.
- Fold the blender cup and grind portions.
- To the last portion of tomatoes, add the garlic-chick mixture, mix thoroughly.
- Grind 2 tbsp. Large salt with a coffee grinder (this will help to dissolve it faster).
- All the ingredients are mixed in a large bowl.
- We leave in a cool place, from time to time mixing the sauce with a spatula made of wood, so that the gases evaporated with which the product is saturated when whipping with a blender, and also to give salts dissolve without a residue. Using a meat grinder, to prepare the sauce, feel free to lay out the “throater” in the tank immediately, after the salt dissolution.
- The spill of crap in jars, we send them for storage in the cold. We serve to meat dishes, fried bread or eat with fresh black bread.
Recipe No. 2:
The next recipe for the crap tomato as a winter workpiece will remain for a long time. An exception may be cases of uncontrolled eating snacks.
You will need:
- Horseradish root - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Garlic - 2 medium -sized heads (10 teeth)
- Bulgarian sweet pepper - 400 g
- Salt - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Black pepper grinding - to taste
- My tomatoes, cut into four parts and pass through a meat grinder.
- We pour into a saucepan with a thick bottom or cauldron and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. We remove the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper and cut it as you like.
- We soak the garlic in the water and clean.
- The hell is also cleaned and chopped coarsely. We also grind all the prepared ingredients in a meat grinder and combine with puree from tomatoes.
- We boil another ten minutes.
- Add to the sauce to taste: salt, black pepper, sugar, bring to a boil. In hot state, pour it into jars (pre -sterilize the container) and roll up.
