It will take:
- Color cabbage head;
- Vegetable oil;
- 3-5 eggs (depending on the size of the cabbage head);
- Breadcrumbs;
- Salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut the spine of cabbage and immerse the cabbage in boiling water for 3 minutes. We drain the water and fill it with cold, so the cabbage will not boil, but it will be soft.
- We divide the cabbage into small inflorescences, and cut off the wide stems and put off. They can be frozen and when you cook cabbage cutlets (recipe below), they will go to minced meat.
- Beat the egg with salt and pepper. We pour breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
- Pour 1.5-2 cm in thickness in the pan with a thickness or fill the deep-fryer oil. Heat to a boiling state.

Preparation:
- We steam oatmeal with boiling water, boil the cabbage with the stem for 3 minutes and pour cold water. Boil and clean the carrots, and also clean the onion and garlic.
- We twist oatmeal, cabbage, carrots, onions and garlic through a meat grinder. Add eggs, minced meat, salt and spices to taste, as well as to the necessary density flour.
- We form cutlets, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden crust.

It will take:
- Color cabbage head;
- Onions are 1-2 heads;
- Carrots 3 pcs;
- Sweet pepper 2 pcs (preferably multi -colored);
- Tomatoes 3 pcs;
- Milk 100 g;
- Salt, pepper to taste;
- Vegetable oil 1 liter
Preparation:
- We clean and chop all the vegetables. Pour a spoonful of oil into the stewpan and send the onion to pass. Add carrots and sweet pepper, let it go, constantly mixing for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and fill the milk, warm it to boiling, add finely chopped cabbage and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with spices and mix again. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
Boiled cauliflower: recipe
In this recipe, we offer a real luxurious dinner, which consists exclusively of useful products.
We will need:
- Chicken fillet 1 part;
- Half of the head of cauliflower;
- Carrots 1 pc;
- Sauce to taste for refueling;
- Salt, pepper pepper, bay leaf;
- Fresh greens.
Preparation:
- Send a whole fillet and carrots to boiling water. Add salt, bay leaf and peppers, cook until cooked.
- We take out the carrots and fillets according to readiness, and in the same broth we put cabbage inflorescences already cut into portioned pieces. Boil for 5 minutes and also take out.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet;
- Cauliflower;
- Carrot;
- Bulgarian pepper;
- Tomato;
- Zucchini;
- Greens;
- Cream;
- Eggs;
- Hard cheese that melts well.
Preparation:
- We boil cabbage, carrots and bell pepper, chop it in this way: cabbage for inflorescences, carrots with cubes, pepper - strips. Cut the zucchini and pour boiling water to soften.
- We cut the fillet with small cubes, dried on a paper cloth and quickly fry from all sides until golden crust.
- Mix vegetables and fillets, add chopped tomato and spices, pour it into a deep shape.
- Beat the eggs, add the cream (1 part of the eggs, 2 parts of the cream), pour the shape so that the top of the vegetables remains uncovered, and put it baked for 30 minutes by 180 degrees.
- We get it, sprinkle densely and send it to the oven for another 5 minutes. Serve hot!
