Homemade wine made of blackcurrant with raspberries: recipe
An interesting combination of taste in homemade wine made of blackcurrant with raspberries. In addition, the latter provides the fermentation process and completely replaces industrial yeast.
Prepare:
- for sourdough - a glass of raspberries and half a glass of sugar
- 2 liters of freshly squeezed juice of blackcurrant and water
- 1 kg of sugar, dividing it into three parts for entry into a wort
Preparation
- Fasten the crushed gruel of raspberries with sugar in a warm place for two to three days
- Strain through gauze or colander and combine with blackcurrant juice, water and one part of sugar in a bottle filled with 75%
- Leave it to roam the heat for 3 weeks under a rubber glove with a hole in a finger or a watermaker
- Remove the wort from the sediment by transfusion into a clean container and add part of the sugar again
- After 3 weeks, repeat the previous action
- Gently strain the young wine through a colander with small holes and place in a bottle under a cotton pad
- If you like fortified wine, add vodka before blockage at the rate of 50-100 g for each liter of home berry drink. Keep in mind that it will completely stop the fermentation process
- Transfer it to a cool place with a temperature of up to +12 ℃ for the next two weeks-months
- Drain the wine from the sediment in a smaller storage container in the form closed by conventional traffic jams/lids in a cool basement
